Scope¶
Use this repo for the non-EPPA LABIS workstream: exoskeleton notes, Cristina datasets that need agentic processing, prompt packs, and comparisons between Codex and Claude outputs.
Process¶
- Place raw source material under
sources/. - Create a task folder under
runs/YYYY-MM-DD-topic/. - Add:
- input manifest
- prompt
- Codex output
- Claude output
- comparison notes
- unresolved questions for Cristina/Monica
- Promote validated conclusions into
docs/.
Guardrails¶
- Do not treat AI output as evidence unless backed by the source manifest.
- Keep patient-identifying material private.
- Preserve raw source files unchanged.
- Any medical/scientific conclusion requires a claim-evidence row.
First Runs¶
- Exoskeleton idea from Cristina attachments.
- Monica hand/grasp feasibility.
- EPPA/OpenPose report validation support tasks.
